    General Pet Policy

    Are pets allowed at Power Plant Mall?

    • Yes, small to medium-sized pets (limited to dogs and cats only) are allowed in designated areas. Large dogs are restricted to outdoor areas, including al fresco dining areas (Lopez Drive, Proscenium Retail Row, Edades, One Rockwell, and Joya restaurants) and the Plaza Garden.

    What documents are required for pets to enter the mall?

    • Always present your pet’s Pet Passport upon entering Power Plant Mall. All pets must have a registered Rockwell Pet Passport with up-to-date rabies vaccinations and a clear 2×2 pet photo.
    • All previous Pet Passports obtained prior to October 14, 2024, must be renewed due to our updated policy.
    • If your pet doesn’t have a Rockwell Pet Passport yet, you may temporarily show proof of application while obtaining one. Additionally, having a digital copy of your pet’s passport readily available is recommended.

    Can I leave my pet unattended in the mall?

    • No, pets must always be supervised by their owners while in the mall. For the safety of your pet and others, please do not leave your pet unattended.

    Pet Sizes and Locations

    What are the size restrictions for pets?

    • Only small to medium-sized pets (dogs and cats up to 22 inches in height from head to paws) are allowed inside the mall. Large dogs are restricted to outdoor areas, including al fresco dining areas (Lopez Drive, Proscenium Retail Row, Edades, One Rockwell, and Joya restaurants) and the Plaza Garden.

    Why are large dogs restricted to outdoor areas only?

    • Due to their size, large dogs can sometimes make it difficult for others to navigate the hallways and common areas of the mall. By keeping them in outdoor areas, we can help prevent any accidents and incidents, for a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

    Are there any restrictions on the types of breeds allowed in the mall?

    • We welcome all breeds of pets in Power Plant Mall, but aggressive or disruptive behavior is not tolerated. 

    Where are pets allowed inside the mall?

    • Small to medium-sized pets must be carried or in a stroller inside the mall. Large dogs are only allowed in outdoor areas like al fresco dining areas (Lopez Drive, Proscenium Retail Row, Edades, One Rockwell, and Joya restaurants) and the Plaza Garden.

    Why do pets have to be carried or in a stroller inside the mall?

    • Using a carrier or stroller helps keep your pet safe and under control, especially in busy areas around the mall. It’s also considerate to others who might not be as comfortable around animals.

    Are there any restricted areas for pets?

    • Pets are not allowed in The Marketplace, Chapel premises, The Fifth, Power Plant Cinemas, and restrooms.

    Pet Behavior and Responsibilities

    What if my pet exhibits aggressive or disruptive behavior?

    • Pets exhibiting such behavior will not be permitted and may be asked to leave the premises. 

    Is it a requirement for my pet to be in diapers?

    • Diapers are optional, but all pet owners must clean up after their pets using sealed bags or containers, for the comfort and safety of everyone.
    • Diapers are NOT a requirement

    What if my pet causes damage or injury?

    • Pet owners are solely responsible for any harm or damage caused by their pets.

    Service Animals

    Are service animals allowed?

    • Yes, trained, licensed assistance/service dogs and cats only of any size are permitted.
    • Still not allowed in restricted areas

    Restaurant Policies

    Can pets enter restaurants?

    • To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all, we kindly ask that you refrain from placing your pets on chairs, tables, or other furnishings. Inside restaurants that permit entry, please keep your pets in a stroller, carrier, or bag.

    Violations

    What happens if I violate the pet policy?

    • Customers who violate our pet policy may be asked to leave the premises, while repeat offenders’ pets may be restricted from future entry.

    Pet Policy for Power Plant Mall

    In consideration of all our mall patrons, and to ensure a safe and pleasant experience, we have updated our policies for pet owners.

    Pet Passport

    All pets must have a registered Rockwell Pet Passport, indicating up-to-date rabies vaccinations, with a clear 2×2 pet photo, to be checked by security prior to entry. Owners may be asked to provide proof if necessary. No Rockwell Pet Passport, no entry.

    All previous Pet Passports obtained prior to October 14, 2024, must be renewed due to our updated policy. You may apply for your passport through bit.ly/RockwellPetPassportApplication.

    Allowable Sizes

    Only small to medium-sized pets (dogs and cats up to 22 inches in height from head to paws) are permitted in common areas inside the mall, including level hallways. Large dogs must be on a leash, and are only allowed in the outer mall perimeter areas, including al fresco dining areas (Lopez Drive, Proscenium Retail Row, Edades, One Rockwell, and Joya restaurants) and the Plaza Garden.

    Carrying Requirement

    Small to medium-sized pets must be hand-carried or in a stroller at all times inside Power Plant Mall. In outdoor areas, all pets must be on a leash.

    Restricted Areas

    Pets are not allowed in The Marketplace, Chapel premises, The Fifth, Power Plant Cinemas, and restrooms.

    Service Animals

    Trained assistance/service dogs and cats of any size are permitted, provided they are leashed. Owners must present proper licensing upon entry.

    Restaurant Policies

    Pets are not allowed on chairs, tables, or other furnishings. To ensure the comfort and safety of all customers, pets must remain in a stroller, carrier, or bag at all times while inside restaurants that allow pets.

    Pet Behavior

    Pets exhibiting aggressive or disruptive behavior, as determined by Power Plant Mall staff, will not be permitted and may be asked to leave the premises.

    Pet Waste

    Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets using sealed bags or containers, ensuring proper disposal.

    Owner Responsibility

    Pet owners are solely responsible for any harm or injury caused by their pets, and are liable for damages to property or merchandise, and any medical charges arising from incidents.

    Violations

    Staff will address any violations of this policy promptly. Repeat offenders will be asked to leave the premises and may be restricted from future entry.
