Ramen lovers in Quezon City, the wait is over.  Mendokoro Ramenba, the go-to spot for the best ramen in the Metro, has officially opened its doors at The Arton Strip by Rockwell. The much-anticipated branch at 58 Highland Drive, Project 4, Quezon City, had a soft opening on September 20, giving fans a sneak peek of its signature bowls of rich, flavorful ramen.

Known for its tonkotsu broth, savory shoyu, and umami-packed miso ramen, Mendokoro didn’t disappoint at the soft opening. Diners were welcomed into a cozy space that captures the essence of Japan with light oak accents and traditional Japanese décor. The long, winding bar—where you can watch the ramen-making magic happen—adds to the unique dining experience.
