Arton Strip – The Rockwellist eGC Promo 2021
1. Arton Strip GWP Rockwell eGC Always a Rockwell Christmas1The Rockwellist eGC 2021 Promo shall run from December 3 to December 19, 2021.
2. The Rockwellist eGC 2021 Promo is open to all Arton Strip Retail shoppers with the required minimum single receipt or accumulated purchase, at least 18 years of age, and with a Philippine address.
3. A shopper who acquires the following is qualified to receive only one (1) Rockwellist eGC worth Php 300 from purchases in Arton Strip retail establishments during the promo period:

- A minimum single receipt purchase amounting to Php 5,000.00
- Accumulated receipts amounting to Php 5,000.00 during the promo period
A customer is entitled to only one (1) Rockwellist eGC for the duration of this promo.
4. Purchases are only valid if transactions are made during the promo period, and are from any Arton Strip establishment.
5. Receipts from bill payments, account settlements, and purchases from temporary exhibitors (kiosks) are not qualified for the promo.
6. Customers must present the original copy of their single receipts (receipt dates should be from December 3 to December 19, 2021) and a valid I.D. (driver’s license, work I.D., passport, school I.D., etc.) at the Redemption Booth at the Rockwell Land Sales Office at the UGF.
7. Once the application process is completed, all details (receipts, transactions, and personal information) submitted are deemed final and irrevocable.
8. Original receipts must be presented at the Redemption Booth at the Rockwell Land Sales Office at the UGF, on December 3 to December 19, 2021, or until 60 days from end of promo period, given that the receipt dates are still within the promo period.
9. The Rockwellist eGC 2021 Promo shall be deemed separate from other Promotions under Rockwell Land Corporation.

11. The Rockwellist eGC Terms and Conditions are as follows:

- The eGCs may be used to avail products and services from any Rockwell Retail establishment: Power Plant Mall, Santolan Town Plaza, The Grove Retail Row, Arton Strip, East Bay Retail Row, Rockwell Business Center Sheridan, Rockwell Business Center Ortigas.
- The eGCs are transferable, strictly not convertible to cash, and have no expiration date.
- To use the eGC at the store, the eGC received from your email must be given by the recipient to the store manager for validation.
- The recipient is responsible for the safekeeping of the eGift code. The recipient must only give this to the store manager once he/she commits to using this in the store.
- The eGift is for one-time use only. If the total value of eGC is not consumed, there will be no cash change given and the unused amount is forfeited. If the purchase goes beyond the eGC amount, the recipient is to pay the difference.
12. Upon signing the registration form, the shopper explicitly authorizes Rockwell Land Corp. to process personal information in the performance of the promotion and to inform the customer (through telephone call, SMS, or email) about project updates, new residential and commercial launches, as well as complimentary, commercial, and promotional advertisements.

14. Employees of Retailscapes Inc., service providers, and participating outlets including tenant owners, tenant staff, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining The Rockwellist eGC 2021 Promo.
15. In case of any dispute, the decision of Santolan Town Plaza with the concurrence of DTI shall be deemed final and irrevocable.
