We’ve been longing for the good old days — a warm embrace, and simply spending time together over delicious served meals with the ones who matter most. Now, we can relive the experience, but this time with a little extra space.
As Rockwell restaurants welcome customers back, it’s not business as usual, but business as best they can. Rockwell continues to power through, with no shortcuts to safety. Customers can rest easy and look forward to the meals they’ve missed and moments they can finally share again.
Starting June 16, the following health and safety precautions will be strictly implemented at all restaurants to ensure a safe workspace for all restaurant staff, and a safer dining experience for all customers.
Table for 2?
Table reservations with pre-allocated time slots are encouraged to avoid queueing at the waiting area. Customers must fill out and submit a health declaration form prior to entry. The form may be accessed via QR code, or will be filled up at the restaurant’s waiting area following strict safety protocols.
Clear protective barriers will be placed between customers in the same table and between tables. Customers in the same table must be seated diagonally and one meter apart. Those not from the same household must be seated 1.8 meters away from each other. Flatware will not be served until customers are seated at their tables.
We take food safety seriously.
Kitchen staff, waiters, and cashiers will practice strict physical distancing in the kitchen, counter, and dining area. All staff will be in complete protective gear and ensure safe preparation and handling of customers’ orders.
Safety through technology
Digital menus will be available via QR code and cashless payment options will conveniently be available to minimize contact between customers and restaurant staff.
