There’s plenty to be excited about The Grid Food Market, the stylish new food hall in Power Plant Mall.
First, you’ll find a dreamy lineup of dishes, from lobster rolls to tapas and pintxos, to tsukemen and porchetta. Second is The Grid’s interesting design. Minimalist with a brush of sophistication, the food stalls are stripped of any distinctive branding, differentiated only by numbered labels and their specialty dishes.
The Grid Food Market intends to give guests a decluttered dining experience, honing in on the essence of an enjoyable meal, which is good food enjoyed with great company. The straightforward but elegant design, coupled with a softly lit space, provides a relaxed setting for gatherings big or small.

Bun Appetit is a popular weekly fixture in Makati’s Salcedo Market and serves up buttered rolls stuffed with succulent seafood. They debuted the creamy Lobster Mac and Cheese, an indulgent addition to their menu with large lobster chunks and a drizzle of truffle oil.
Rambla, meanwhile, specializes in Spanish cuisine-inspired bar chow. Some of their delectable offerings are their Chipirones Pintxo, with deep-fried baby squid and squid ink aiolo, and Foie Pintxo. Various Asian fare fill up the stores on the left side, including Flower Boy’s Bangkok Porkchop, Tsuke-Men’s tsukemen and ramen, and Le Chon’s mouthwatering porchetta.
At the center of The Grid Food Market, you’ll find Edsa Beverage Design Group’s liquid concoctions. You’ll be wise to swing by for their coffee and cocktails perfect for any occasion, whether you need a pick-me-up latte or a celebratory sangria.
Before you head out, be sure to check out The Grid’s thoughtfully curated goods by the entrance. You’re bound to take home the good vibrations with you with Happy Barrel’s selection of wines and cheeses or Workshop’s luscious cakes and pastries.
